- Qualification/Experience: Chemical Engineer with 20-25 years of experience in the petrochemical or heavy chemical industry. Must have led a manufacturing unit for at least 3 years, managing day-to-day operations of a mid to large-size site. Essential experience includes maintenance and utility functions, with management of all other support functions being an added advantage.
- Manager (Production)
- Qualification/Experience: Chemical Engineer with 15 years of experience in plant operation management, preferably in the petrochemical, continuous process, or heavy chemical industry. Must have led a production department for at least 3 years. Familiarity with and exposure to best manufacturing practices will be advantageous.
- Utility In-Charge
- Qualification/Experience: Mechanical or Chemical Engineer with 6-8 years of experience in handling utilities such as Tank Farm, Turbine, Compressor, Boiler, DM, RO Plant, Cooling Tower, and Nitrogen Plant.
