Job Details for HCSL Recruitment 2024
- Post Name: Executive Trainee (Human Resource)
- Vacancy: 1 Post (Reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities)
- Salary During Training: ₹50,000 per month (additional stipend up to ₹3,000/month for extra training hours)
- Post-Training Salary: Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be appointed as Assistant Manager (E-1 Grade) with a pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000. The total monthly emoluments would be approximately ₹90,870, with an annual CTC of approximately ₹11 lakhs.
Eligibility Criteria for HCSL Recruitment 2024
Educational Qualification:
- Degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university.
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in HR, Social Work (Personnel Management), or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations with 65% marks.
Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like SAP, MS Project, MS Office.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age: 27 years as of 24 October 2024 (born on or after 25 October 1997).
- Age relaxation for PwBD as per Government guidelines (up to 37 years).
Selection Process for HCSL Recruitment 2024
The selection process for Executive Trainee (Human Resource) consists of two phases:
- Phase-I – Objective Type Test:
Duration: 60 minutes, 60 multiple-choice questions (General Awareness, English Language, Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability, and Subject-based).- Total Marks: 60
- Minimum pass marks: 50% for unreserved, 40% for PwBD.
- Phase-II – Group Discussion, Writing Skills, and Personal Interview:
- Total Marks: 40 (GD: 10, Writing Skills: 10, Personal Interview: 20).
Final Rank List: Based on the total score from both phases (Objective Test + Group Discussion + Writing Skills + Personal Interview).
