High Court of Gujarat CORRIGENDUM to the Detailed Advertisements of Various Posts
The High Court of Gujarat has issued a CORRIGENDUM to the advertisements published on 22/05/2024 under advertisement No. HCG/NTA/01/2024. The following modifications have been made for the information of all concerned:
1. Court Manager
Modification 1: Instruction No. 7(A)(iii) has been revised. Unreserved candidates must now secure a minimum of 50% marks, while candidates from reserved categories (SC, ST, SEBC, EWS, PH, Ex-Servicemen) need to secure 45% marks in the Elimination Test to qualify for the Main Written Examination.
Modification 2: Instruction No. 7(B)(iii) now reads: Unreserved candidates need to secure a minimum of 50% marks, and reserved category candidates must secure 45% marks in the Main Written Examination to qualify for the Viva-Voce Test.
2. English Stenographer (Grade-II)
Instruction No. 6(a)(i) has been revised. Unreserved candidates must secure 50% marks, and reserved category candidates must secure 45% marks in the Main Written Test to qualify for the Stenography/Skill Test.
3. Computer Operator (IT Cell)
Instruction No. 5(A)(iii) has been updated. Unreserved candidates need to secure 50% marks, and reserved candidates must secure 45% marks in the Elimination Test to qualify for the Computer Aided Test.
4. Deputy Section Officer
Modification 1: An Objective Type-MCQs Test of 02 hours duration will now replace the earlier Main Written Examination of 03 hours.
Modification 2: The syllabus remains the same as detailed in the original advertisement, covering aptitude, reasoning, and language skills.
5. Gujarati Stenographer (Grade-II)
Instruction No. 6(A)(iv) has been revised. Unreserved candidates must secure 50% marks, and reserved category candidates must secure 45% marks in the Elimination Test to qualify for the Stenography/Skill Test.
6. Gujarati Stenographer (Grade-III)
Instruction No. 6(A)(iv) has been revised. Unreserved candidates must secure 50% marks, and reserved category candidates must secure 45% marks in the Elimination Test to qualify for the Stenography/Skill Test.
7. Process Server/Bailiff (Class-III)
Modification 1: Reserved category candidates must secure 45% marks, while unreserved candidates must secure 50% marks in the Elimination Test.
Modification 2: The Main Written Examination will now be a 2-hour objective test instead of the previously announced 3-hour descriptive exam.
Modification 3: The test will assess the candidates’ competency, reasoning, and language skills as per the prescribed syllabus.
